Meet the Team – We are a family business and have enjoyed working together across our three businesses for over a decade. Based in the North East of England we work with individuals and businesses in their Personal & Professional and Team Development.

Maria Wright
Maria puts her easy-going style of engagement with others to good use in delivering personal transformation training programmes. Maria also works as a one to one coach and therapist.
She is an experienced Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming as well as a Certified INLPTA Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is currently working towards becoming an Accredited Psychotherapist in the modality of Neuro-linguistic Psychotherapy. Maria also holds a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and is an experienced Parent Group Facilitator working within the community.
Maria is a student of Hawaiian Huna (energy healing). She works with a variety of Parent Groups and Voluntary Organisations in helping them develop. Maria has trained with Dr. Susi Strang & Associates, one of the countries leading Master trainers in NLP.
In her spare time, Maria enjoys spending time in her garden growing vegetables. When she is not in her garden she enjoys having adventures in her caravan and campervan. Maria loves music and enjoys going to concerts and spending time with her friends.
Tony Wright
Having spent 30 years in engineering and management, Tony now combines his vast, hands-on business experience with his skills in business development. Tony delivers management consultancy and corporate training. He also specialises in personal change programmes and one to one Coaching and Psychotherapy.
Tony is an experienced Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a Certified INLPTA Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He is qualified in and is an experienced Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and also has a Diploma in Psychotherapy.
His teaching and coaching style is relaxing and informative and his commitment to supporting others in achieving their stated outcomes ensures success.

Kath Wright
Kath has considerable experience in coaching individuals and provides essential support to all of the training delivered by Change U. Our delegates all gravitate towards her as she provides a safe and calming space for them to just be. Her scones are quite famous and we regulary get asked for her to make them for our delegates on our training courses.

Cuddles Wright
Cuddles the Wonder Cat is the fourth member of the Change U team and Maria is his human guardian. Cuddles enjoys creating mischief, having lots of cuddles and sleeping. He is very loving and takes change in his stride. He is well versed in being a caravan travelling cat and enjoys going for walks with Maria and chasing dogs.
