You will explore basic frames and presuppositions, neurological filters, transactional and feedback models.

Module Nine transitions you from supervised trainee to fully ready to launch your practice or to implement your skills, be legally compliant, and highly ethically compliant as a Master Coach.

You will explore the professional governance of coaching, legal requirements, and client engagement boundaries to enable you to graduate with total confidence to work with coaching clients.

Practical & Live Assessments

Coaching Demonstration: A live, practical assessment demonstrating your mastery of advanced coaching interventions, state management, and rapport building.

Closed-Book Exam: A formal assessment to evaluate your core coaching competencies, ethical frameworks, and coaching models and theories.

Written Integration: A comprehensive testing of theoretical Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and systemic coaching models.

Case Study & Supervision

Group supervision – 20 hours

3 x 2 Hour Client Coaching Sessions

Case Study (2000 words): Detailed documentation and write-up evaluating the effectiveness of the coaching sessions.

Case Study Presentation: A formal presentation of your case study, client interventions, and outcomes.

Academic Essays (10,000 Words Total)

Essay 1: Coaching Theory (5,000 words): Exploring the mechanics, psychological principles, and systemic structure behind a chosen coaching framework.

Essay 2: Practical Application of an Advanced Coaching Model (5,000 words): A comprehensive analysis of the application, client and coach impact of an advanced coaching model.

Modelling Project (1,000 words): A project identifying and modelling a strategy of excellence to replicate high-performance outcomes.

Reflective Practice Journals (3,000 Words Total)

Reflective Journals (maintained throughout the course)

Personal Development Log Write-Up (1,000 words): A reflective journal documenting your personal breakthroughs, insights, and internal shifts throughout the course.

Coaching Journal Write-Up (1,000 words): Evaluation of your client work, highlighting your key learnings, session dynamics, and your strengths and areas of growth.

Supervision Journal Write-Up (1,000 words): Evaluation of your supervision breakthroughs, how you have integrated your learnings and the implementation of supervision into your coaching practice.

Feedback Integration (1000 Words Total)

Feedback Integration: Active integration of peer-to-peer and tutor feedback throughout live sessions, group work, and supervision.

Feedback Journal (1,000 words): Evaluation of feedback received throughout the course and how this has been integrated.
