Change Unlimited Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.changeu.co.uk (the “Site”).

Maintaining the security of your data is a priority at Change Unlimited, and we are committed to respecting your privacy rights. We pledge to handle your data fairly and legally at all times. Change Unlimited is also dedicated to being transparent about what data we collect about you and how we use it.
At Change Unlimited, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our website. In particular, we want you to know that Change Unlimited is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We just don’t do that sort of thing. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

GOOGLE ANALYTICS
When someone visits www.changeu.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

MAILING LISTS
As part of the registration process for our newsletters, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons:
1. to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about.
2. to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information.
3. to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied.
We do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.

TICKETING
When you purchase a ticket (or tickets), for any of our events through this website your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored in our system. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent. We use Eventbrite for selling our our events. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
Please be assured that we do not share any of your information with third parties except when laws are applicable. Your information is kept confidential.
We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16 years old.

CHANGES
